Solvency and Financial Condition Report
This is the Solvency and Financial Condition Report that has been prepared by Countrywide Assured plc, and is for the year ended 31 December 2017.
The report has been prepared to comply with the reporting requirements of the EU-wide regulatory framework for insurance companies, known as Solvency II, which came into force on 1 January 2016. This report has been prepared for the benefit of policyholders and other parties who have an interest in the solvency and financial condition of the company.
