We think it’s important to learn from your experiences. That’s why we have asked Investor in Customers to conduct a customer experience assessment into the service we provide.
Investor In Customers (IIC) is an independent customer experience company. We have engaged them to assess how well we are treating our customers and the strength of our customer relationships.
The assessment consists of a questionnaire, and the results are measured against four key principles, which will identify how well we:
➢ understand customer needs
➢ meet customer needs
➢ delight customers
➢ create loyalty
A Your completed questionnaire goes directly to Investor In Customers, who collate the results and report back to us.
B The feedback is extremely detailed, telling us which areas of our business excel and which may need improvement.
C Questionnaires are completely anonymous - although you have the option to waive your anonymity. So it‘s an excellent way to tell us what you really think about our service.
Sharing your experiences of dealing with us helps shape how we do things at Countrywide Assured. Your feedback keeps us on track in our efforts to exceed your expectations about our service.
