Countrywide Assured plc now administers policies that were originally issued by different Companies, and you will need to get in touch with the correct administration centre to enable us to help you with your query.

Please note that to help continually improve our service and in the interests of security, we may monitor and/or record your telephone call with us.

  • If your policy number has six digits followed by one letter (123456A), please call FREE on 0800 262536 (Mon - Fri 9am – 5pm).
  • If you have a five or six digit number followed by a six digit number  (12345/724001), please call FREE on 0800 414111 (Mon - Fri 9am – 5pm).
