With-Profits Funds With-Profits funds differ from unit-linked funds in the way that they operate. There are two With-Profits funds in the Save & Prosper range of funds. There is the Countrywide Assured Guarantee Plus Pension Fund (S&P Series), originally issued by Save & Prosper Pensions, and the Countrywide Assured With-Profits Fund (S&P Series) originally issued by Save & Prosper Insurance.
