  Product Description  
  Asset is a with profits endowment Policy which aims to protect and repay an interest only mortgage. Interest on your mortgage loan is paid each month to your lender, whilst the Asset Policy builds up a lump sum over the term of the mortgage. The Asset Plan always includes Death Benefit, with the option for you to add on the following benefit.

Waiver Of Contribution
If you are unable to work due to accident or sickness, we will pay your Policy premiums for you until you are able to return to work.

Is My Policy Guaranteed To Pay Off My Mortgage?
Asset is a with profits Policy. This means the value of your Policy at maturity is dependent on the bonuses allocated to your Policy. Your Policy is reviewed regularly to monitor it’s growth in line with expectations. If your review highlights a possible shortfall, we will advise you of your options. What Happens If I Stop Paying My Premium?
  You can cash in the Policy any time after the first two years premiums have been paid.
  Unless you contact us, you will no longer be entitled to receive any life cover or bonuses after 12 months of missed premium payments. The value of your Policy will be set when premium payments have been missed for 13 months.
