  • Call our Investment Services Helpline free on 0800 838020 to request a Guaranteed Bond application pack.

  • Read the application pack and select either a Guaranteed Income or Growth Bond.

  • Use the Rate Calculator to calculate your rate of return available for the selected product type, investment amount and investment term.

  • Call our Investment Services Helpline to reserve your rate. As rates of return can change at any time, our Helpline will confirm the current rate and give you a reservation number.
  
 
 

Please complete the reservation number that the Investment Services Helpline will give you on the application form in the space provided. If the cheque and application form are received within 3 working days the bond will proceed at that reserved rate.

 

If the cheque and application form are not received within 3 working days and the rate has fallen, we will contact you to find out whether you wish to proceed using the current rate or to arrange for the cheque to be returned.

  If you apply without reserving a rate, we will use the rate on the day the application form and cheque are received.
 

  • Forward your completed application form and cheque (made payable to "Countrywide Assured plc" and drawn on a UK bank account) or a building society cheque made payable to
    "Countrywide Assured plc, ref (your name)" to:

  • For a bond in joint names, the bank or building society account on which the cheque is drawn must be a UK account containing the names of both investors, if that is not the case click here.
 
 

After your application is accepted you will receive a notice of your right to cancel. You will then have 30 days in which to change your mind. To exercise your right to cancel you must return the cancellation notice within the 30 day period to Countrywide Assured at the address above. Your investment will then be refunded to you, subject to a deduction for any income payment that has been paid, and a deduction of the amount by which the market value of your investment has fallen (if any). If you do not exercise your right to cancel the bond will continue.
