Our Guaranteed Bond is a straightforward
product. Any changes in the Stock Market or interest rates have
no impact on the return from this investment, with the rate of return
available at the time an investment is made remaining fixed throughout
the investment term. Providing the bond is kept for the full investment
term, returns are guaranteed.
Countrywide Assured only invest in fixed interest
securities with known redemption dates, therefore eliminating risks
from fluctuating
interest rates, and exposure to the stock market.
Income Bond
Growth Bond
The Income Bond
will make either monthly or annual payments throughout the investment
term. The original capital investment will also be returned
in full at the end of the investment term.
The Growth Bond
will provide guaranteed growth on the original capital investment
producing a guaranteed lump sum at the end of the investment
term.
